Monthly Rates include:

•  Water supply and electricity charge (not exceeding Baht 2,000/month as per meter readings) Extra charge 5 Baht per unit.

Monthly Conditions:

•  For monthly contract 1 – 5 months, security deposit is 1 months plus 1 month of rental with payment in advance.

•  For monthly contract 6-12 months, security deposit is 2 months plus 1 month of rental with payment in advance.

•  Room rental will be paid in full amount on check in date plus security deposit.

Cancellation & No show policy :

•  Cancellation should be made to notify our office by fax or E-mail 3 day before the check in date. Otherwise the rule of payment of cancellation fee equivalent of 50 % contract rate, will be applied.
