Down into the alley from the main road , you will find the apartment located in the tranquil atmosphere of big trees and stream behind. In a short distance from the apartment you can travel to the old city , Tesco Lotus Shopping Mall (Kamtieng branch), Muang Mai Market , Chiang Mai Rajabhat University , Thailand National Sports University , Chiang Mai Municipality Stadium, Chiang Mai Municipality Office and many important places in Chiang Mai city. Each room is 3.5*5.5 metre in size (not including the balcony and the bathroom) and comes with bed , wardrobe , table , chairs and fan . The balcony is 1.75*1.5 metre in size. Each person is charged 125 baht for the water bill. For the electricity bill, Each unit costs 7 baht . The room with just fan costs 2700 baht .
