• Cancellation : in the event of a cancellation written notice must be received at least with in 3-7 days prior to expected arrival. The apartment will charge 20% of the deposit at applicable rate on the agreement.
* If cancel less than 3 days will charge as No Show charges : The apartment will charge 100 % deposit money.

• In room Amenities : Two bottles of water, bath & shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer , are provided 1 set upon check in date.
• One month deposit must be paid 7 days before check in. A minimum one month rental fee and key deposit 600 baht must be paid
• Electricity charge is 7 THB/unit & Water charge is 25 THB/unit
• Cleaning 2 times a week includes changing bedsheets ,( bathropes and towels) and Extra cleaning charge 300/Time .Advance booking 1 day and pay in cash.
